Alastair is Deputy Head (Pastoral) at Sherborne Prep and is responsible for the safety and happiness of the children as they navigate their way through their prep school years.
Alastair completed a degree in Business at Nottingham Trent University and then spend five years working in London for a commercial property magazine and then a trade exhibition company before he followed his true calling to become a teacher. He spent seven years at The Dragon School, Oxford where he was a Housemaster, taught Maths and Football. Before joining Sherborne Prep he was Head of Boys’ Boarding at Lambrook School in Berkshire for four years. Alastair and his family moved to Sherborne Prep in September 2023.
