Each term, cross-curricular days bring the whole school to life with excitement and anticipation. Staff and pupils dive in together, dressing up, joining choirs and even facing off in a tug of war, with parents often swept along for the fun.
From colour runs and Earth Days to Book at Breakfasts and creative writing events, there’s always something happening. In 2024 alone, we clocked up twenty-five day trips. We’ve embedded a dynamic, skills-based framework into our curriculum – one that shifts the focus from content overload to real-world readiness. It’s about helping pupils become curious, motivated learners who know how to think, not just what to think.
Our academics are strong and ambitious, and our co-curricular programme keeps growing. Bouldering, orchestras, sailing, gymnastics, boxercise, swim squads and tennis sit alongside sport, music, drama and enrichment. By the end of each term, everyone has earned a well-deserved rest.
